Ask for helpDoes my Mac have Apple silicon or Intel?
Open the Apple menu → About This Mac. If it shows “Chip: Apple M1” (or M2, M3, M4…), choose Apple silicon. If it shows “Processor: Intel”, choose Intel.
Is my Windows PC x64 or ARM?
Open Settings → System → About and look at “System type”. Most PCs say “x64-based processor”. Choose ARM64 only if it says “ARM-based processor”.
Can I use Ekima on a Chromebook or Linux?
Most Chromebooks can install the Android app from Google Play. On Linux or any other computer, use Ekima in your browser.
Can schools install Ekima on many devices at once?
Yes. Talk to us about installing Ekima across a computer lab or on the Ekima Learning Hub for offline use.
